Standard shipping within Australia takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for 1-3 business day delivery. All orders are made to order, so please allow 1-2 business days for production before shipping.

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We're working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.

Since our products are made to order, we can only modify or cancel orders within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Our products are 3D printed using high-quality PLA and PETG plastics. These materials are durable, lightweight, and environmentally friendly. PLA is derived from renewable resources like corn starch.

Yes! Our products are designed to last. We use industrial-grade 3D printing with optimal layer adhesion and infill patterns for maximum strength and durability.

Each product listing shows available colour options. If you're looking for a specific colour not listed, reach out to us and we'll see what we can do.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Since our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please see our Returns page for full details.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Most of our products can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents. Do not put 3D printed products in the dishwasher.

PLA products should be kept away from heat sources above 50°C (122°F) as they may soften. PETG products have better heat resistance up to around 70°C (158°F). Check your product listing for specific material information.
