Express Shipping

Delivery within 1-3 business days. Available to metro areas.
Made to Order
All our products are 3D printed to order, ensuring you receive a fresh, high-quality item. Please allow 1-2 business days for production before your order ships. During busy periods, production time may be slightly longer.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, including:
- All metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, Canberra)
- Regional and rural areas
- PO Boxes
Note: Remote area deliveries may take additional time. International shipping is not currently available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Common issues we can help with include:
- Package not received
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items
- Missing items from order

Local pickup is available for Melbourne customers. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll contact you when your order is ready for collection.
