We want you to be completely satisfied with your GridShift purchase. This refund policy outlines when and how refunds are provided. Please read this policy in conjunction with our Returns Policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for:

  • Damaged items: Products that arrive damaged due to shipping
  • Defective products: Items with manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect orders: If you receive the wrong item
  • Non-delivery: Orders that are lost in transit

Made to Order Products

As our products are 3D printed specifically for each order, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Refund Process

1. Request a Refund

Contact us at hello@gridshift.com.au with your order number, reason for refund, and any relevant photos (for damaged or defective items).

2. Review

We'll review your request within 1-2 business days and let you know if your refund is approved.

3. Return (if applicable)

For some refunds, we may ask you to return the item. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for approved returns.

4. Refund Issued

Once approved (and item received if applicable), your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your account
  • Other methods: Timeframes vary by provider

Cancellations

Since our products are made to order, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, production may have begun and cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued:

  • Items with minor cosmetic issues that don't affect function
  • Orders where only some items need to be refunded
  • Situations where both parties agree to a partial resolution
