Product Descriptions

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearances may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the nature of 3D printing. Minor variations between products are normal and not considered defects.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time of order placement will be honoured.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. As our products are made to order, please allow additional time for production. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is detailed on our Returns page. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of our return policy. As products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
