From the date of delivery

Eligible for Return

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Defective or faulty products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Unused items in original condition

Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items that have been used
  • Items without original packaging

Made to Order Products

As our products are 3D printed to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure you've reviewed all product details, dimensions, and colours before placing your order.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at hello@gridshift.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Receive Approval

We'll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Ship Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided label. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll send a replacement at no additional cost, or provide a full refund including shipping.
